I am an award-winning artist, writer, and teacher living in the Pacific Northwest exhibiting work nationwide. I developed and actively teach my "waxed powder painting" method. My sculptures incorporate a range of materials, including bronze, paper, ceramic, and wood.
Each of my artworks attempts to capture those rare glimpses of raw reality that we sometimes encounter. Through form, texture, and color, I strive to reveal moments when the familiar falls away, and something essential is briefly seen. My work is both an exploration and an invitation—drawing viewers into a shared experience of reaching toward these fleeting truths.
